Many of our events begin in our Crystal Room where our wait staff can offer guests cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres. When combined with a vocalist or pianist, it adds a nice touch to this venue. Dining in the Lounge is also an evening delight as an extension to our bar. Our full service Bar seats 8 around the bar drinking and joking with our various bartenders throughout the day. Lunch and Dinner are served in the bar/lounge at one of our seventeen tables, as well as our limited lounge menu during the in between time. There is always a smiling face to greet you when you come off the course. The warm sunlight in the Golf Terrace offers a casual summer daytime feel or, allows your guests to wander outside during cocktail hour and even catch a sunset while enjoying a glass of wine.

Another idea for dining is our newly renovated Main Dining Room which can be a warm and casual family-style atmosphere during the day. You can also watch us transform it into an intimate elegant atmosphere at night. On Saturday evenings, we have musical entertainment. After adorning the tables with ivory tablecloths and napkins, we allow you to dine by candlelight while enjoying the sounds of our pianist, guitarist and harpist.

For lunch, dinner or cocktail service, you can entertain your guests from a selection of multiple areas. Our elegant Crystal Room is our primary Banquet Room and we've hosted many Bridal and Baby Showers, Holiday Parties and Family Gatherings here. The Crystal Room seats up to 60 people and can be used in conjunction with our Covered Pool Terrace which can seat up to 120 people. With six whisper quiet ceiling fans and chic light fixtures, this venue is lovely for a daytime Shower and is absolutely gorgeous for an intimate, evening affair. On occasion, we've used this area for an evening of dancing with a setup that allows your guests to dine in the Crystal Room and dance the night away in the Pool Terrace.

Our Library is a smaller venue accommodating 25-30 guests comfortably. Birthday parties and corporate meetings are the perfect fit for this venue. The Library is furnished in a classic style and a collection of books line the walls, which is available for loan to members and their guests. The Library also offers a back entrance, which is close to the valet. Should you have elderly guests, this room would be extremely convenient.

The Wine Cellar is located downstairs next to our private cellar and is our most intimate venue. It seats up to 14 people and is perfect for a small family or business affair. Offering no chance of distraction from other members, the room provides privacy in a stylish setting.

Children's events are just as popular at Deering Bay. Our front lawn has proven to be the perfect spot to rent a Bounce House, Water Slide or even a Rock Climbing wall. The management at Deering Bay would be happy to assist you with rentals and add it to your event contract or you may choose to handle it on your own. Kid-friendly events are frequently done around the pool, the lawn area or a combination of both.
