| Time to Trash Your Old Papers! Deering Bay MPOA Community Shred Wednesday, April 25 4:00 - 6:00 PM How it works: Residents and Club members can take material to confidentially shred with PROSHRED® Security. An on-site shredding truck will be located on property. There will be a minimum charge of $5 per file box; including legal-size, up to 40-50 lbs. Cash or Check accepted.In addition to paper, shredable materials may include folders, CDs, VHS tapes, binders, etc. Staples and clips do not need to be removed. The only thing not allowed is film and/or x-rays. Material is processed at a special recycling center (where a large magnet pulls out any staples or clips) and will eventually end up recycled as loose leaf paper, cups, etc. PROSHRED® developed this on-site technology and is the only mobile firm to be ISO certified which allows them to have clients such as the U.S. State Dept.
