Fitness Center Hours of Operation

Class recommendations:

  • While participating in yoga, wear clothing layers to comfortably adjust to the temperature of the room.
  • Note:  If you are returning from taking time off due to an injury or are getting back into exercise after a prolonged period of time, we suggest that you consult with your Physician before starting any exercise program.

All classes are taught to accommodate all levels of fitness and skill unless otherwise indicated.
Our instructors are trained to offer you to most effective workout for the class offered.

Fitness Class Descriptions

Aquatic Aerobics

  • An invigorating class held in the pool that improves cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance using the buoyancy and resistance of the water to give you a safe, effective workout.

Barre

  • Maru’s warm smile and spirit will keep you motivated through this muscle-calving, fat blasting mixed level class.  Use the ball to tighten your inner thighs in thigh-work and abs.

Body Awaken

  • Awaken and reconnect with your body through a flowing sequence of yoga inspired movement and core exercises; achieving strength and flexibility. End each with soothing relaxing poses to get you ready for the day.

Body Lab

  • Follows a continuous development on Strength, Conditioning, Endurance, Speed and Functional Training through application of supervised fitness routines and using a circuit training method. This class aims for a total body burn! It caters to all levels and modifications are provided.  

Body Sculpt

  • Strength training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular condition, using just one set of 5-pound dumbbells.

Dance De La Sculpt

  • A perfect balance of cardio, weight resistance, and dance! Jojo’s unique blend of muscle
    defining routines allows students to workout at a personal level that is challenging and fun!
    This class uses weights, dance routines and amazing music to inspire and lift the spirits! All
    levels are welcome.

Pilates

  • The newest  wave  in  fitness  trends,  this  class  will  enhance  your  overall  balance,  toning  and  flexibility.

Power Flex

  •  Proven to be a more time efficient way to work your entire body! This class alternates upper and lower body exercises while using weights, balls or bars. The class comes to a close with abdominal and work ending in a complete cool-down.

Power Sculpt

  • This class included muscle condition for every area of the body. The intensity is turned up just a bit to “power up” your workout.

Yoga

  • Centuries old, yet perfect for today’s busy lifestyle. Yoga encourages the mind-body connection and helps to develop focus, balance, strength, and flexibility. A non-competitive environment allows each individual to move at a comfortable pace.
