You will work every muscle group at your own highest intensity as exercise reps are timed, not counted. You will need a set of dumbbells, a small elastic band, a mat, towel and water.

Water Biking

  • Water biking consists of pedaling against the resistance of water stimulating a body massage that improves blood circulation & drainage of the lymphatic system. It helps burn fat and build strength.

Yoga with Mariana

  • Class starts with a short meditation and the practice of different breathing techniques followed by a combination of yoga poses (vinyasa, ashtanga and anusara), stretching and strengthening exercises. The flow of the class varies from day to day, aiming to create flexibility, mobility, and strength in the body. We close the class with a soothing relaxation.
